Destination Site Report (DSR) After conversing with you to understand your event objectives, budget, and criteria, we research several locations and compile the DSR which lists all the information you need to decide which location serves your needs best.
Lodging Management
We negotiate with the hotel to get the absolute lowest guaranteed rate for your guests. We also negotiate media rentals, meeting/event rooms, and meals which result in hundreds to thousands of dollars in savings.

Vendor Management
We research, negotiate, and coordinate third-party vendors such as local ground transportation, caterers, guest speakers, DJs, photographers, multi-media services, entertainment, and team building activities.
This includes researching restaurants, reservations, and private rooms.

The Premium Package adds:
On-Site Coordinators
We send one or more coordinators to your meeting/event and manage everything you or your guests need. This includes welcoming, set up, coordinating packages in/out, problems, housekeeping, etc.

Cost: $250 per day per coordinator plus pre-defined travel expenses.
