A. Absolutely. We do all the research, reduce the cost of your lodging, and you pay nothing.
Q. Can you really save us money?
A. It is impossible not to save money. Since we are a travel agency, we get the lowest guaranteed lodging rates. We do not mark up prices so you get your rooms at a price far lower than you could ever get on your own. We can save you hundreds to thousands of dollars depending on the number of rooms.
Q. Are your lodging rates the absolute lowest around?
A. Unless you are a travel agent or you book thousands of room nights a year, we doubt you can get a lower guaranteed rate than we can.

Q. How do you make money on your Basic Package?
A. Since hotels pay us to bring them large groups of customers, we don't charge you. The more time & money we save our customers, the more likely they will use us again and send us referrals.
Q. My guests are paying their own lodging. Why do I need you?
A. The less your guests have to pay, the more likely they are to attend your meeting/event. Besides, you still have to arrange the lodging so we can always save your time, which is money.
Q. I found the same rate on the Internet.
A. The rates we quote are guaranteed rates. This means our quoted rate is guaranteed not to change. Internet and Special Rates are not guranteed to be avaialable when you actually book.
Q. Can you book air travel?
A. If you have 20+ attendees flying into the same city, regardless of origin, we can usually get discounted airfare for you. Contact us for more information
