Destination Site Report (DSR) After conversing with you to understand your event objectives, budget, and criteria, we research several locations and compile the DSR which lists all the information you need to decide which location serves your needs best.
Lodging Management
We negotiate with the hotel to get the absolute lowest guaranteed rate for your guests. We also negotiate media rentals, meeting/event rooms, and meals which result in hundreds to thousands of dollars in savings.

Vendor Management
A problem with out of town events is trying to find local vendors. We research, negotiate, and coordinate third-party vendors such as local ground transportation, caterers, guest speakers, DJs, photographers, multi-media services, entertainment, and team building activities.
This also includes researching restaurants, making reservations, and arranging private rooms.
