We will do the research and we'll create a custom Destination Site Report (DSR) that lists all the information you need to choose the best property to host your meeting.

Because we are also a travel agency, we get the lowest guaranteed rates available and we get paid a commission for bringing the properties customers. We save you money by giving you the Travel Agent Rate and we give you half of our commissions. Thus, you not only get a lower rate, you get a percentage of our commission!

The best part is we do not charge you anything to book your rooms. Everything mentioned above is included in our Basic Package and the Basic Package is free.
